Adina's Birthday Raffle

My Birthday is October 11th and what better way to celebrate then raising money for congenital heart disease research while raffling off prizes to those that want to help a great charitable cause that is near and dear to me.  As you know David had open heart surgery to repair his heart defect on August 8th.  Many children born with heart defects do not live to see their first birthday advancing research can help these children and improve the surgical procedures available. 

So what are the prizes.................A few of my favorite things:

A $25 Gift Card to PF Changs.  We love PF Changs and go there to celebrate most birthdays in our family.  We also order a lot of takeout from PF Changs.  If you want to know about specials and discounts you should like their page on Facebook.

A $25 Gift Card to Starbucks I love Starbucks especially the Pumpkin Spice Latte.  My healthier drink option is a simple Soy Latte.  The vanilla in the soy makes it just sweet enough without being too sugary.  And I always order the drinks hot.  Even when it is 105 degrees in Arizona I am drinking a hot drink from Starbucks.  You can like their page on facebook.
